'Not too along ago, I was able to escape the cold weather and head to the Philippines where we can enjoy the warm sun, the friendly people, and of course to bountiful foods! This year, not being able to travel, we can do the next best thing, which is to visit our local Filipino Eatery and become a tourist in one\'s own city. Here, in Vancouver Canada, I decided to seek out a great Filipino restaurant and feast of all great foods, from Ube Pancakes, to a massive boodle fight willed with Crispy Pata (pork belley), Chicken Adobo, Kare Kare, and much much more..
