'Panola Cajun Hot Sauce ( http://www.panolapepper.com ) 100% Natural product of Louisiana. Fairly traditional standard base hot sauce, figured I\'d give it a try. So, what\'s it taste like, what\'s in it, how hot & how would I use it? TASTE: Very traditional vinegar based flavor. Tangy flavor & thin consistency. Vinegar & Salt were the forefront flavors. Could taste the pepper mash & garlic as well, just kinda played a supportive background role in the overall flavor. Nice blend of flavors. INGREDIENTS: Aged pepper mash, vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, and garlic. 100% Natural (I Like That) HEAT: Very little heat to speak of. On the Bonehed Heat Scale, I\'d put it around 3. Maybe even between 2-3 now that I think about it. If you enjoy the traditional hot sauce flavor but not a big fan of the heat, you gonna love this sauce. Very mild..... USES: Not everyone wants their face to melt just to taste the flavors of a hot sauce. This sauce will be great to adjust a dish, drizzle on pizza, liven up a sandwich, basically put a tangy zing to anything that you don\'t wanna add the burn. I would like to Thank You for watching.
