'#mitchadventure #korea #seoul #autumn #fall #travel DAY 1 I\'m back in South Korea and it\'s my first time to travel around Seoul! Today, I had breakfast in Korean traditional market, GWANGJANG MARKET. It\'s a foodie\'s paradise! There are plenty of food stalls selling delicious Korean dishes such as KALGUKSU (Handmade knife-cut noodles). After eating, I headed to Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) for money exchange since all banks and foreign exchange are closed on weekends and only in DDP where you can find shops that are open everyday. Then I strolled around DDP and admired the marvelous architectural landmark designed by Zaha Hadid. Then I rented a hanbok at SEOHWA HANBOK at 20,000 KRW for 4 hours before entering the GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE. The main attraction of Gyeongbokgung Palace is the throne hall, Geunjeoongjeon Hall that is right in the middle of the palace compound with the Bukhansan Mountain on its background. After strolling around the palace grounds, I headed to the famous Myeongdong Night Market to have street food for dinner! I had 2 of the most popular food in the night market, the GYERAN-PPANG (Egg Bread) and LOBSTER WITH CHEESE! Omg! It\'s sooo delicious! I wanted to eat more but I\'m already full :( No worries because I have few more days in Seoul and I can still go back to eat more street food! Haha!
