But the company has found a way to keep serving its loyal customer base by stepping up home deliveries. While the service has been offered for years, home deliveries are in high demand, even though staff are not able to enter customer homes to set the meals up. Customers can choose from a selection of hotpot combos, which Haidilao packs up for delivery to front gates of apartment blocks across China.
