A proper diet plan like in the morning you have to choose some warm drinks like herbal tea, right breakfast for weight loss & diabetes. Sufficient information about the foods those we have in our daily life like fruits, vegetables,non-veg products, milk products so on. Being a physical trainer I will share different diet plans for different age groups to keep oneself fit forever. Overall it\'s a most beneficial for a diabetic as well as weight loss management.  Diabetes is serious, but you can learn to manage it. People with diabetes need to make healthy food choices, stay at a healthy weight, move more every day, and take their medicine even when they feel good. It\'s a lot to do. It\'s not easy, but it\'s worth it! Proper diet plan like oat meals, oats chila, sprouts, sprouts chila,  multigrain atta rotis, chapatis, eggs. Out-of-control blood sugar levels can lead to short-term problems like hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or diabetic ketoacidosis. In the long run, not controlling diabetes can damage important organs, like the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves. So it is always better to follow a better or sahi diet plan to keep ourselves fit. Not to forget to regular walking & physical work out for minimum 30 to 45mins. It is all about diet plans to maintain right fitness.'
