Join me, Stephan, as I prepare a new dish each week inspired by a recipe available in the game. This week we make a dish inspired by the Bean Hotpot recipe which you can learn from Clint after reaching 7 hearts of friendship. The recipe for Chicken, Ginger, and Green Bean Hot Pot comes from BBC Good Food - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2973682/chicken-ginger-and-green-bean-hotpot  Chicken, Ginger, and Green Bean Hot Pot Ingredients (my variation): * 1 Tbsp vegetable oil * 4cm piece of ginger cut into 2cm matchsticks * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 onion, sliced into half moons * 1 Tbsp soft brown sugar * 500 - 700 grams of chicken thighs, trimmed of fat and cut in half * 1 cup of vegetable or chicken stock * 250 grams of green beans, trimmed and cut in half * steamed rice, to serve  I\'d love to have your feedback about the video!
