'Shokugeki No Soma (Food wars) Gotcha pork roast Episode 1'

'This is the Gotcha! Pork roast from episode 1 of Shokugeki no Soma  I\'ve pretty much tried to replicate it as close to possible to what he did in the show, the only addition I made was the addition of butter into the mash. The red wine emulsion sauce actually works really well to lighten the heaviness of the mash and the bacon. Really yummy  If anyone is interested in trying this, I\'d be happy to answer any questions or help you might need. And FYI there is no way he made this in under an hour :p'
