'Badakhshan, Ghazni and Kapisa: Food Security Programs in Collaboration with FAO'

'The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) started its first United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) project in 2020.  A total of seven projects were started in the Badakhshan, Ghazni and Kapisa provinces – three have been completed successfully and four are still active and ongoing.  The types of interventions in the projects include unconditional cash transfers, home gardening, wheat seed and fertilizer, cash for work, agriculture infrastructure, and animal feed.
