GREEN CHUTNEY Ingredients ¼ bunch mint ½ bunch coriander 2 tbsps roasted chana dal (daalia) 1 inch ginger 2 garlic cloves 2 green chillies Salt to taste ¼ tsp sugar 1 lemon Veg seekh kebabs to serve Method 1. Separate the mint leaves. Make sure that you don’t take the stems. 2. Separate the coriander stems. Wash the mint and coriander thoroughly. 3. Transfer mint and coriander leaves in a blender jar. Add roasted chana dal, ginger, garlic cloves, green chillies, salt, sugar. 4. Squeeze lemon, add ¼ cup chilled water and grind to a fine paste. 5. Serve with veg seekh kebabs.
