'Ingredients : 2 cups glutinous rice 400ml coconut milk 3 table spoon white sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 small slice ginger Anis (optional) Banana leaf Procedure : Mixed the 200ml coconut milk and 1 table spoon sugar,, stir until sugar disolve, washed the glutinous rice, drain and add together the coconut mixture and cover overnight. Next day,, put the glutinous rice and ginger in a clean cloth then cover another clean cloth then steam with in 10 minutes . While waiting the 10 minutes done, let\'s mix the 200ml of coconut milk and 2 table spoon sugar and half taspoon salt stir until disolved. After 10 minutes done,, lets check the steam glutinous mixed it,, then pour the coconut mixed and cover again and steam another 10 to 15 minutes . Lets prepare the banana leaf which we need to use wrapping the puto maya after its perfectly done. Then after its perfectly cooked,, lets begin to wrap,, and serve with mango and hot cocoa.
