'A&Z #1010 - Randy Santel vs Carmen\'s \"60oz in 60 Minutes\" Cheesy Breakfast Burrito Man vs Food Challenge Record at Carmen\'s Apples & More in Joplin, Missouri. After canceling the rest of my planned Texas & Southwest USA Tour at the end of June 2021, I headed home and let my body rest and recover for about 1 month. Then I made the trip from Milwaukee, Wisconsin back to Springfield, Missouri so I could fully move the rest of my stuff out of my apartment I lived in while attending Missouri State University. I spent a week attempting 7 different food challenges within a reasonable driving distance from my apartment. For food challenge #1, I traveled down to Joplin, Missouri so I could attempt the \"60oz in 60 Minutes\" Cheesy Breakfast Burrito Challenge at Carmen\'s Apples & More. I had 60 minutes to finish three of Carmen\'s 20oz breakfast burritos. Each burrito consisted of a giant flour burrito tortilla filled with 6 real eggs, 12 fried tater tots, lots of Cheddar Jack shredded cheese, and a meat of my choosing. I ordered 1 sausage, 1 bacon, and 1 ham breakfast burrito. To make things harder on myself and to train for upcoming challenges, after finishing the base eating challenge, I planned to attempt to finish a 4th breakfast burrito, starting an additional record challenge at Carmen\'s. I was initially trying to win my $18 breakfast burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 3rd spot on the Wall of Fame. Each weighs around 20oz total. - For this \"60oz in 60 Minutes\" Challenge, you have 1 hour to finish 3 of these ~20oz burritos. - Winners receive all three $5.99 burritos free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Wall of Fame. - I chose to eat a 4th breakfast burrito and help start an additional record eating challenge. - If you can break my record set in this video by eating 4.5 breakfast burritos or more, you get all the base prizes, and you get to name the challenge too.
