'Have you guys watched JHS\'s Josh Scott\'s video that lays out the different types of overdrive? It\'s very educational. Per Josh, the Tumnus and Soul Food are the HARD clipping circuit, Klon type. The East River Drive is a SOFT clipping circuit, Tube Screamer type. (Just ignore the T-Rex. I have no idea what it is). To me, the higher cost of the Tumnus is not worth it if you\'re comparing only sound. If you did a thousand comparisons, they would sound the same 990 times. However, there would be 10 times when the Tumnus sounds a tad creamier. I could be brainwashed, though. But remember: those 2 pedals and the East River Drive lack some bottom end. I believe Tumnus has a Deluxe version with a bass boost. Don\'t forget the existence of dual overdrive pedals! For example, the JHS Double Barrel is basically 2 pedals in 1 container that are stackable. That is a killer pedal, and expensive.'
