'Pranaam Everyone Today , i would like to share my Meal time Prayer with you all Praying before eating food has been an ancient tradition in Hinduism , be it Vedas or many Sanskrit Texts or even popular folk prayers Hindus sing and pray before meals . A prayer before food has a lot of benefits.
