'How to prepare Egg Roast- Kerala Style, Restaurant Style, Homely Food'

'Ingredients-  4 Egg 4 Medium size Onion sliced Garlic cloves -5 Ginger - one inch Fennel seed 1/2 teaspoon  Black pepper -1/2 teaspoon  Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon  Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon  Chicken masala -1 teaspoon  Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon  Curry leaves Cooking oil  Coconut milk -1/2 glass Tomatoes-3 small chopped( use hybrid)   Crush ginger garlic and fennel and pepper together and a make masala. Keep the pan in flame and and cooking oil and add crushed masala and sauté it for 20 seconds and green chillies slitted and sauté it well. Add sliced onion and add some salt to taste. Cook until it becomes mushy and soft. Add turmeric powder, coriander and red chilli powder. Mix well and add chicken masala. Give a nice stire. Once the raw smell is gone add chopped tomatoes and cook in it low flame until it becomes soft and mushy. Add coconut milk and give a nice stire. Add 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and give a mix.
