'The Food and Agriculture Organization-FAO projects that new swarms of locusts could invade northern Kenya from Ethiopia in three weeks. FAO Deputy Country Director Hamisi Williams says they have heightened surveillance in counties bordering Ethiopia as they monitor movement of the pests.
