'www.fao.org/in-action/micca/  Alexandre Meybeck, FAO, provides a definition of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA), explaining its origins. He makes a case for why climate change affects agricultural production, as well as food and nutrition security. Meybeck argues that there is a triple challenge for agriculture, and that efforts need to be made to ensure CSA, in order to ensure food and nutrition security.  The presentation was part of a learning event on Climate-Smart Agriculture organized by the Climate change, Energy and Land Tenure Division of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in May 2014.
