'Video on how to make a smoker out of a plastic bottle, very useful to give a smoky flavor to your homemade pizza indoors without smoking your whole house. Water is pulled inside the bottle by a vacuum, then olive oil is infused with smoke. Very convenient !  This is a new setup which is way more convenient than my last one, cause it can be reuse ! And it can be used indoors which is perfect for our series.  The wood fired oven, is necessary to make a classic italien pizza. But if you wanna make it indoors, then, you\'ve got to think outside of the box.
