'In this video, we head to Disney\'s Coronado Springs Resort for dinner at Maya Grill. This restaurant is not owned and operated by Disney, but they offer a huge variety of safe gluten free and food allergy-friendly options, including tortilla chips made in a dedicated fryer. We both really enjoyed our meal, and Brandon declared the steak quesadillas one of his new favorite dishes. And, spoiler alert...we liked it so much we went back again (stay tuned to the end of the review for highlights from that 2nd visit).
