'In this episode, I create one of the three barbecue grates using 1/2\" square tubing and expanded metal sheets, as well as the internal support inside the tank to hold them using 1/2\" l-brackets. Part 9 of this series continues my journey to build my first offset smoker using a 250 gallon propane tank. My inspiration for this comes from the Aaron Franklin smoker build from BBQ with Franklin on PBS.'
