'Sabudana Jaggery Kheer//ಸಾಬಕ್ಕಿ ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಪಾಯಸ with full details below with Ingredients and preparation method. Ingredients Ghee=2tbsp Cashew nut Dried Grapes/Raisins Sabudana(Nylon )/Small = 1/2 Cup Jaggery = As per taste Elachi /cardamom Milk=1 cup Water= 2 cups Preparation Method 1- Add 2 Spoon of Ghee in a pan. 2- Fry Cashew nuts and raisins 3- Keep separately 4- In same pan roast Sabudana 5-Add water and boil the Sabudana 6- Once boiled add jaggery as per your taste and boil it well. 7- Add crushed elachi or cardamom powder 8- Add boiled milk Tip Don\'t add the milk and boil the kheer as their is chance of curdling because we add jaggery.
