Strict/Clean keto - NOT ALLOWED. Lazy Keto - Yes, in moderation. Dirty keto - Yes. Kung nag-keketo or low carb ka dahil meron kang PCOS, diabetes, heart disease, or any inflammatory disease then bawal na bawal to sayo dahil, again, inflammatory sya.
