I started growing microgreens about 6-7 years ago running lots of trials and experiments as there wasn\'t anything information around at that time. I was a self-taught microgreens farmer and now I just grow them for my own use as I really enjoying growing and eating them. The nutrition in microgreens is amazing and almost beyond belief, so I believe that growing them organically takes them to a whole new level.
