'In the third installment of our mini-series featuring Ashlee McLaughlin, we get our hands on some pristine diver scallops. Since we are going as far away from traditional Maine fare as possible, I opt for a saffron cream sauce over mint rice. Ashlee presents the Allagash Coolship while I start to fade off into Lala Land, where someone tells me that I should overcrowd the pan with scallops and I proceed to do just that (right after I specifically instruct everyone NOT to do that).
