'Restaurateur Cecilia Chiang, who is credited with introducing Americans to authentic Chinese cuisine, died Wednesday, October 28 at the age of 100. In this “Sunday Morning” story that originally aired November 23, 2014, correspondent Mo Rocca talked with Chiang about the creation of her legendary San Francisco restaurant, the Mandarin.'
