'Salaam everyone - Greetings of Peac! We hope you enjoy our travel vlog from Japan and today we want to share with you our amazing Japanese food tour in Osaka. We started the day by heading out a 1 michelin star restaurant, たかま TAKAMA, that specializes in Soba noodles which are thin noodles made out of Buckwheat. These noodles are very popular all over Japan, but Takama has only two types of noodles to choose from and they are both served cold. The noodles are served with a broth that you dip the soba noodles in to enjoy and at the end of the meal they give you more soba broth to drink as a hot tea of soba delicious flavor. After our michelin star experience in Osaka, we decided to walk off our amazing meal and visit the cherry blossoms at Kema-Sakuranomiya Park where the Sakua / Cherry blossom trees are all lined up along the river. This park was large and full of beautiful cherry blossom trees, and the walk was delightful where we stopped many times to take incredible photos and just enjoy the breath taking scenery. Towards the end of the park there are food stalls lined up along side the river underneath the cherry blossom trees. We had amazing Japanese street food where we got to try unique foods like Okonomiyaki, Yakitori, Taiyaki, and much much more! Everyone was very friendly and the food was affordable. After tasting some of the delicious japanese street food, we headed to go visit Osaka Castle, a must if you are going to travel to Osaka! The Osaka Castle was beautiful especially during the cherry blossom season and the architecture was memorable. Highly recommend visiting the castle especially if you are a Godzilla fan! After finishing Osaka castle, we began to get hungry again and we decided to visit Kuromon Ichiba Market (黒門市場) which is located right near Namba station or Nippombashi (Nipponbashi). We got to try the giant oysters and the amazing grilled scallops with butter. We also got to try the sushi and sample the local fruit that is found in Japan. We then decided to take a break and visited a locate coffee shop right across Kuromon Market. Coffee in Japan is a special thing to see because they use a different technique to brew the coffee which makes it taste smooth and delicious. Finally we ended up finishing the Japanese food tour day by visiting Dotonburi (道頓堀). This is a must especailly in the evening because so many people come out and there is a lot of great food. Be warned there are a lot of tourist trap restaurants and the food might not be the tastiest but it is a great experience! Please Subscribe & Share! Thanks for watching and make sure to subscribe.
