'As summer is coming to an end, I want to share this delicious, refreshing conch salad with you. The freshly cut veggies and tasty sweet conch meat are what make every bite delightful. If you can’t get fresh conch, frozen ones (not precooked) is a great substitute. You can change up the vegetables but you must have Vietnamese coriander and mint for that signature herb flavor.
