'Ingredients: 2 lbs pork spare ribs(cut into small pieces) 6 small carrots 2 chayote 1 large daikon 6 small potatoes 1 1/2 tbsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp chicken powder 2 tbsp fried garlic half a bag of dried shrimp 2 tbsp fried shallots Handful of spring onion and cilantro, chopped Pork spare ribs cut into small pieces, boil for about 2 minutes. Clean well and bring to cook about 3 quart of water you can add a little salt into pot. After simmering the pork spare ribs broth in about 1-1/2 hours. Then add in the vegetables, carrots, daikon first last chayote and potatoes. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Stirring occasionally, 11-13 minutes then turn off the heat and drain. Serve with sea shells pasta, spring onions, cilantro and fried shallots.'
