Be with me on: Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/sudiptasrecipebook Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sudiptasrecipebook Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sudiptasrecipebook ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Estimated time: 15 Minutes No of servings: 2 persons Ingredients: Boiled rice - 400 gm (add a slice of lemon & 1 Tsp vegetable oil while boiling) Carrot - 2 pcs, small size, chopped in small pieces Green peas - 100 gm Onion spring (scallion) - 10 gm, finely chopped Beans - 50 gm, chopped in small pieces Onion - 2 pcs, small size, finely chopped Ginger - 5 gm, finely chopped Vinegar - 1 Tsp, 10ml Garlic - 10 cloves, finely chopped Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp Black soy sauce - 1 Tsp, 10ml Ajinomoto (Chinese salt) - to taste Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp Method: 1. Heat a pan and add some vegetable oil (100 ml). 2. In that pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, and onion, stir for 1 minute. 3. Add chopped carrot, beans, and green peas. Stir for another 2 minutes. Don\'t fry the vegetable too much. 4. Add boiled rice. 5. Add a pinch of Ajinomoto, 1 Tsp black pepper powder, 1 Tsp vinegar, 1 Tsp black soy sauce and stir for 1 minute in high flame. 6. Add chopped onion spring (scallion) and mix them well. 7. Veg fried rice is ready.
