'Custard Sago Sharbat with homemade jelly || Ramzan special || Swethan\'s food court Happy Ramzan sorry for the late update of the video.... Process:- To make jelly : Add water in a pan and add sugar, rooh afza/rose syrup. Now, make corn flour slurry and add in the rose syrup mixture. Now mix it continuously to not form lumps. Cook it for max 10min and after that rest it in a greased bowl. Cut it after cooled with oil greased knife. To cook Sago/Sabudana : Add sufficient water to a bowl and add sabudana with 1tbsp sugar for sweetness. Cook it until perfectly cooked. Sieve it because we don\'t need the water from the cooked sago. To soak sabja seeds : Add 1tsp sabja seeds in a katori and add 4tsp water to soak for 5 min. To make custard milk : Boil 1/2 lt milk. Meanwhile, in a bowl add 2tsp custard powder and some water which results the custard slurry and in the boiling milk. Cook for 1min and chill it in the fridge after it cools down. To make powdered sugar : Powder 1/2 cup sugar with the help of mixer grinder. Chop some dry fruits like Almonds, Cashews,Raisins,Anjeer. Assemble them all after they cool down.
