'Perfect Fish Sauce - Nuoc Mam Ngon'

'Ingredients: 1/2 cup  fish sauce 1/2 cup sugar 4 tbsp hot water 2 can Coco Rico soda 4 Tbsp garlic, minced 2 Tbsp Thai chili, minced 1 tsp  salt  Note: Adding the garlic and the chili in last will prevent them from sinking on the bottom of your bowl. This will keep up to  3 to weeks in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar.
