'THAI STREET FOOD in Bangkok ♦ Chinatown on Yaowarat'

12:54 Aug 8, 2021
'Tonight we\'re taking you on a tasty journey through Bangkok\'s Chinatown on Yaowarat. Hope you come with an empty stomach because there is SO MUCH TO EAT! From various noodles to desserts, this street has got it all. Watch the video to see the munchies unfold :) I\'ve visited Chinatown BKK a couple times before during both the night and day. Today is my first time filming the area, so I\'m excited to share the experience with you guys. I recommend stopping by on a weekend night when it\'s the most vibrant. There are things to enjoy during the daytime as well, such as the fresh market across Soi Yaowarat 11. FYI: There are places selling Shark\'s Fin Soup. Please do not eat shark fin as \"finned sharks are often thrown back into the ocean alive, where they do not die peacefully: unable to swim properly and bleeding profusely, they suffocate or die of blood loss... Every year, humans kill an estimated 100 million sharks. Removing sharks in large numbers can have ripple effects that throw entire ecosystems out of balance\" (Smithsonian Institute).
