'It is important to understand the nutrient content difference between the four categories of foods namely Grains, Vegetables, Fruits, and Nuts/Dry Fruits. But it is even more important to understand how they turn out in reality. This is due to some fundamental differences between them that affects their overall health benefit. In this video, I discuss my understanding of this based on my two decades of experimenting with each category, and what I believe now.
