'This video shows how to make Ethiopian Clarified Butter with the following recipe.  #Clarifiedbutter #የቅቤአነጣጠር #Ethiopianfood Ingredients: 8 lb. (4 kg.) Unsalted Butter - 12 tbsp. Ethiopian Cardamom \'Korerima\' coarsely ground - 1 1/3 cup Lippia Abyssinica \'Koseret\' - 2 tbsp. White Cumin \'Nechazmud\' coarsely ground - 2 tbsp. Black Cumin  \'Tikurazmud\' coarsely ground - 2 tbsp.
