'Hi Everyone! Here is my newest DIY Dog Food Toy video for you to try. These toys are inexpensive and nearly indestructible! Our Rottie has had once for years, throwing it around, crashing it into things and carrying it in his mouth and it has barely a dent or scratch on it! MATERIALS LIST: 1x 90mm PVC pipe (1x metre length = 3x toys) 2x threaded storm cap (90mm) 2x threaded coupling (90mm) Masking tape EQUIPMENT LIST: Drop saw Measuring tape Marker pen 16mm circle drill bit (or appropriate size to match your dog\'s biscuits) Electric drill Fine grit sandpaper Warm, soapy water INSTRUCTIONS: Measure the PVC pipe and mark the cut line with the marker pen. In this case, we cut the 1x metre PVC pipe into thirds. If you are only making one, you can make this larger or smaller if you choose. Wrap masking tape around the pipe where you will be cutting it down. Use a drop saw to cut the pipe to the required size. Mark out the spots where you want the holes to go, making sure to leave space at each end of the coupling cap. For a toy this size we marked out 5x holes but do more or less depending on how easy or difficult you want this toy to be for your dog. You can always cut in more holes if necessary later. Cover the marks for the holes with masking tape to prevent chipping and use the electric drill with appropriate size bit on the end to create the holes. Remove the masking tape and sand each hole and the cut end with fine grit sandpaper before washing all pieces in warm, soapy water. Now it\'s time for assembly. Add the coupling pieces to each end and make sure they are well secured. Screw on the end caps. When ready to use, unscrew one end, add the desired amount of dog biscuits before replacing the top then give to your dog to bash around to their hearts content!
