'What you eat can help you control and fight your diabetes. Incorporate these healthy foods into your diet  Patients with diabetes should avoid the green peas. This contains more starch so better to avoid the same…  Avoid Potato   Potato contains the flour is high in sugar and starch content, so don’t include in your diet. Sweet potato contains higher amount of sugar than normal potato, but of them not good for diabetic patient.    Beans  Beans are not highly sweet, which is very high in starch. It is not necessary to completely avoid. You can eat limited boiled beans.   It is rare to see foods without tomatoes. It should be avoided to eat raw food because it has a sweet taste. Tomatoes should be used in foods. Beetroot is a root vegetable. It contains all the sweets in the soil. It will be sweeter. But there are more advantages. You can take this once in 2 or 3 weeks. There are several types of corn. One of them is Sweet Corn. The name suggests that it has a sweet taste. And the starch is too high. Diabetic patients should not take this. Diets high in vegetables to reduce rice consumption continues to advise doctors to prevent numerous diseases. Especially diabetes (sugar) in patients taking the food to be more careful.
