'Summer Food Plot Planting Tips'

'Summer Food Plot Planting can be tough.  Here are some summer planting tips that may help you if you\'re planting food plots in summer.    This is a followup to my last food plot video where we used a forestry mulcher to clear a food plot inside a Regenerated clearcut. Meanwhile we are building soil and hopefully will feed deer well during the summer months.    When planting food plots in summer, we need to use a seed drill to get the seeds down to where the moisture is.  Plants like corn, sorghum, cow peas, sunn hemp, sun flowers are good choices when the weather gets hot and the soil is dry.  Techniques are important. Do not till soil in summer. Do not mow.
