'As previously seen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWaemdHKtI4&t=1s I\'ve never had a Rhubarb Pie before and Stardew Valley made me curious, so here we are with a pie and it was delicious! Ingredients: **Pie Crust - 2 cups flour - 1/4 tsp salt - 2/3 cup cold butter - as much ice water as needed Combine the flour, salt, and butter using a fork or pastry blender. Slowly add the ice water (not the ice) until the flour is moistened - too much water will make the dough tough, so use as little as you can! **Rhubarb Filling - 4 cups chopped rhubarb - 1 1/3 cups sugar - 6 tbsp flour - Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste Combine sugar and flour. Add spices to taste (a lot goes a long way!) Egg wash the crust, then pour into crust and top with your choice of pie top. Egg washing the top will ensure a nice, crisp finish. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes, then lower to 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand until cool.
