'Dziękuję bardzo za 50 000 sub! Grazie tanto per i 50 000 sottoscrizioni!  THE RECIPE:  1. Mix 2/3 cups of milk and 1/3 of fresh full cream. 2. Warm it to 65 degrees celsius. 3. Mix in 2 teaspoons of quality cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons of sugar. 4. Mix it in, while retaining the 65 degrees. 5. Add 1 square of dark chocolate, and let it melt. 6. Add a pinch of salt (yes, because it enhances the sweetness and the flavours in general) 7. Aerate it with a hand mixer, to make the hot coco even more pleasant to drink! 8. Pour into a mug, decorate with some cocoa powder, and you\'re good to drink.  Send me good food!
