'A Food Matters Healthy Cooking Demonstration at one of the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle\'s Mobile Markets at Iglesia El Buen Pastor in Durham   The Food Matters program at Mobile Markets focuses on providing community members with easy ways to use some of the more uncommon produce they might receive at market: eggplants, zucchini, kale.
