Eat more dark green vegetables like broccoli and spinach. Vary your protein routine – choose more fish, peas, nuts and seeds. Make most of your fat sources from fish, nuts and vegetable oils. Check the nutrition facts label to keep saturated fats and sodium low. Choose food and beverages low in added sugars. Go easy on fruit juices. Respect your body. There are many verses in the Holy Qur’an that emphasize the mutual relationship between your body and your soul.'
