'Hi Lovelies  Welcome back to my channel and another Monday Fitness Video.   This is an at home workout routine that comprise of three different exercises to get an Hour Glass Figure. This is a do it along video for a month. The exercises remain the same but the repetitions and sets differ each day. I did it with a 2kg and a 5kg dumbbell but you can choose a lighter weight or a heavier one according to your strength or go for no weights at all.
