I hope this journey was as awesome for you as it was for me. Today\'s video is all about how to have a comprehensive daily fitness routine from this day onwards . Things you need to incorporate to become fitter and stronger. Though we have reached the end , that doesn\'t mean the journey will not continue. Day 7, Day 14, Day 21 and Day 28 are rest days so don\'t get confused if you can\'t find those videos . Rule & Regulations 1. You need to start the challenge from Day 1 as the exercise levels are increasing each day. 2. If you skip a day in between, you have to start with the previous day workout. For eg: If you miss Day 4, then you have to start again with Day 3 workout. 3. You have to eat healthy and nutritional food with portion control when you are doing this challenge, otherwise you won\'t see any desired results 4.
